OpenLDAP

OpenLDAP is an open source implementation of the Lightweight Directory Access Protocol. The suite includes:

  • slapd – stand-alone LDAP server
  • slurpd – stand-alone LDAP replication server
  • libraries implementing the LDAP protocol, and
  • utilities, tools, and sample clients.
