Apparently, the next versions of OpenERP will be AGPL. I could not approve this change enough.

I just found about the flossmetrics project through the FOSDEM program. Reading the details, it just looks like some wacky free version of ohloh.net... Let's keep an eye on that.

Quickly finding free pictures to use on a website is more complicated than one would think. Most professional photo sites offer a huge collection of pictures. These pictures are cheap and of good quality but I had a hard time finding something equivalent for free even in the case of commercial use. After a long unsuccessful search, I found this excellent website: www.freerangestock.com. It contains about 2000 high quality professional pictures, browseable with a search engine. It's free for commercial and non commercial uses, the website and photographers make money thanks to ads revenue.

In our business, probably like in every type of business, you stumble once in a while on companies that do the same kind of thing as you do, but that do it so badly that it puts the reputation of your specific sub-indutry in danger. Sadly, these businesses often survive for a long time repeating their mistakes but frequently renewing their clients base.
